Policies and Rules
It is the Client’s responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any regimen or physical activity. The Empowered Feminine Training Container is not meant to treat, diagnose, or cure any disease or medical condition. Recommendations, supplements, and sessions have not been approved by the FDA.

Media and Information Release
I authorize and release the use and rights of testimonies and media taken by Emily Wehrman and Emily Wehrman LLC to be used on www.emilywehrman.com or any other media affiliated with Emily Wehrman and/or Emily Wehrman LLC.

Embodiment Coach-Client Relationship
a) I understand I am solely responsible for creating and implementing my own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of a coaching relationship with Emily Wehrman. I understand that coaching is not therapy, does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.


b) I acknowledge coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, spirituality, intimacy, education and recreation. I agree that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively my responsibility.


c) I acknowledge that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is my responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.


d) I agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully.

Refunds and Cancellations
I understand that The Empowered Feminine Online Training is non-refundable, not subject to rescheduling and non transferable. Private sessions within the training for VIP members may be rescheduled if given 24 hour notice.
