However, the MM information is non-negotiable in this mentorship because it creates the physiological foundation that makes deep embodiment work safe, effective, and truly life-changing. When a woman is opening her body, processing emotion, healing intimacy patterns, and shifting long-held relational dynamics, her physical and energetic systems requires real support.

The healing foods are what unlock the ease of healing. They repair the nervous system, strengthen the adrenals, clear the lymphatic system, and support the emotional and spiritual body at the same time. These protocols come from a higher source of wisdom—they help the body release survival patterns, integrate breakthroughs, and stabilize change with far less struggle.

Doing embodiment work without this level of support is a common approach in most modalities worldwide, but it’s ultimately uninformed at the deepest level. It leads to insights without integration, openings without grounding, and growth that doesn’t ultimately last.

In this container, the healing foods are an essential part of the process. When your body is supported correctly, your emotional, relational, and spiritual transformation becomes rooted, powerful, and real.

No. Your relationship status is not a requirement for this mentorship. What matters most is your commitment to healing, personal growth, and shifting patterns at a deeper level. As you make internal changes, those shifts naturally influence every relationship in your life.

As you become more aligned, clear, and grounded in yourself, you may notice a ripple effect. Relationships, dynamics, or patterns that no longer support your growth often begin to fall away. This is a normal part of aligning with your values and developing healthier ways of relating.

At the same time, creating more internal stability and authenticity tends to invite in new connections—personal, professional, and romantic—that reflect the direction you are growing. This mentorship supports you in navigating that process with clarity and confidence.

Being in a partnership is not necessary. What’s essential is your willingness to engage with the work and allow your relational life to evolve in alignment with who you are becoming.

This work heals the body, mind, and soul at the root with the most gentle and organic tools and practices available. It is deeply supportive for women carrying the imprint of past relational or sexual trauma, helping you reconnect with your body so you’re no longer held back in your intimate life.

While this mentorship is profoundly healing, and the Medical Medium tools reverse physical and mental illness at the root cause level, it is not licensed mental health care. Emily is experienced in trauma-informed somatic work, embodiment, and nervous system modalities, but she is not a licensed therapist or physician.

This program is designed for women who have established enough internal stability to stretch beyond old patterns and explore new ways of relating, eating, expressing, and being. The application process will help ensure that the depth of this work aligns with your current capacity and supports you in the safest, most empowered way.

Remember that healing is not linear—and past wounds may surface as you open and bring more healing foods into your life. Should deep emotion or old pain arise, Emily will meet you with skill, grounded presence, and care. And most importantly, with the healing foods as a critical part of this process, your body will be supported nutritionally, emotionally and spiritually from the inside out.
